Pruning of Autumn Blaze Maples and Small Ash Removal

We had such a great day of work this week heading out to prune five autumn blaze maples and take down a small dead ash tree for a customer we've had the pleasure of working with before — and as always it was an absolute pleasure being out there. Repeat customers are something we genuinely cherish at Rooted Treeworks, and this backyard is one of those properties that you just love showing up to. Autumn blaze maples are honestly some of the most stunning trees you can have in a yard, and these five were no exception — beautiful, well established trees that just needed some careful pruning to keep them healthy, shapely, and looking their absolute best. We worked through each one thoughtfully, cleaning out dead wood and shaping up the canopy in a way that is going to keep these trees thriving and gorgeous for years to come.

Once the pruning was wrapped up we turned our attention to a small dead ash tree that was ready to come down, and knocked that out cleanly and quickly before tidying everything up. Even a smaller ash removal is worth getting done right, and having it taken care of alongside the maple pruning made for a really complete and satisfying day of work on a property that the homeowners clearly put a lot of love into. The backyard looked absolutely fantastic by the time we were done, and that's saying something considering it already started out as a beautiful space.
